管式膜主要是由膜壳和膜管两个部分组成，其核心部件由支撑层和膜过滤层组成。管式膜系统采用错流过滤模式，即料液在压力驱动下流经膜管内表面，被截留物质（如悬浮固体颗粒类）被浓缩液带出膜管，不会在膜表面积聚造成污堵。这种过滤模式有助于减少污染物在膜表面的沉积和堵塞，延长膜的使用寿命。我们技术团队也在深耕管式膜系统的应用场景，为客户提高更高应用价值。
The tubular membrane is mainly composed of a membrane housing and a membrane inner tube, and its core component is composed of a supporting layer and a membrane filter layer. The tubular membrane system adopts cross-flow filtration mode, that is, the material liquid flows through the surface of the membrane tube under pressure, and the trapped material (such as suspended solid particles) is carried out of the membrane tube by the concentrated liquid, which will not accumulate on the membrane surface and cause pollution blockage. This filtration mode helps to reduce the deposition and blockage of pollutants on the membrane surface and extend the service life of the membrane.
